Introduction
Here’s the thing about outdoor comfort: it’s all about that perfect spot. Warm, but not stuffy. Cozy, but not cluttered. That’s exactly what we’ve built our halogen infrared patio heaters to do. They don’t waste time heating up the whole big space. They cut straight to the chase, sending warmth right where you need it—onto people, onto surfaces, onto the moment. For the engineers we work with, these heaters are more than just a heat source. They’re part of the whole picture. They need to fit seamlessly into the electrical plan, handle the thermal load, and still look the part in a premium venue.
Technical Deep-Dive
Let’s get into the guts of it. These heaters are practical. They run on standard mains voltage, usually 220-240V, pulling between 1.5kW and 2.5kW of power. That kind of punch is exactly what makes them so dependable out in the elements. The magic happens inside a compact quartz tube, typically 300mm to 600mm long, which holds the halogen filament. The heat that comes out is short-wave infrared. It doesn’t get held up by breezes or air gaps. It goes straight to work, warming people and surfaces directly. This means you use less energy, and you get warmth fast. The footprint is small too, so you can easily mount them overhead or on a wall without taking up precious floor space.
Material & Design
We chose quartz for a reason. It can handle the shock of turning on and off quickly, and it just shrugs off the stress of the outdoors. Inside, the halogen gas keeps the filament stable. That’s what gives these heaters a long service life and keeps the output consistent, day after day. The R7s connector is simple and tough. It handles the current and makes installation a breeze in the field. And the look? We didn’t just slap on a finish. The whole design—compact, clean, modern—is meant to match the vibe of a high-end coffee shop or a hospitality venue. It’s engineered to look like it belongs there.
Application & Benefits
In a top-tier commercial space, a heater has to do its job quietly and reliably, all while fitting right in. Our heaters pack a ton of heat into a small package. You get strong, directional warmth with hardly any glare. Now, there’s a trade-off. Because the heat is so concentrated, you do need to plan for proper mounting clearances and ventilation to manage the temperature right around the unit. For the engineer, that means a product that’s easy to wire, easy to keep up, and ready to handle whatever the real world throws at it.
